We start with a 75-minute session. I'll ask about your history, what hurts, what you've tried, and what you actually want to be able to do. Then we practise, and I watch how you move.

Afterwards I design a practice for you and record it, so you have my voice guiding you through your own sequence at home. It's yours to keep.

Then we meet twice more to adjust it. Bodies change, and a practice that fits in week one usually needs a small correction by week four.

This is what I trained for. I'm a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and E-RYT500, and I've been teaching Viniyoga for over twenty-five years. It suits people managing an old injury, a stiff back, a recent surgery, or a chronic something that group classes don't quite address.
